FJMedia.ca · New build brief

Before we build anything.

Nine questions, about four minutes. Answer in your own words, the plainer the better. The build starts from this. Vague answers mean more rounds later.

Your name, the business as customers know it, and how you want us to reply.
Your best customer, the one you would take ten more of. Who are they, and what are they trying to get done when they find you?
List what you actually offer today. Then the thing people keep asking for that you do not do.
In your words. This becomes the first thing on the homepage, so say it the way you would to a customer standing in front of you.
Pick everything that applies. Each one shapes what gets built.
No names needed. What the other option gets wrong, or what you do that they do not. This is the argument the whole site makes.
Your own photos and your own numbers beat stock art. Tick what you have. We ask for the files after this.
Any industry. One line on what each one does right. The link matters less than that.
A phrase you always use, your logo, your colours, your domain name. And anything you do not want on the site, ever.

Something did not go through. Give it another tap. Your answers are still here.

Got it.

Your brief is on its way to James. Next is a short back-and-forth to confirm what you sell and what the site has to do, then the build starts. We will reach you the way you asked.
