James Diaz.
One inbox.

I run FJMedia alone. There is no team page, no "leadership", no offshored dev shop. It's me. That's the entire point.

Local businesses don't need a 12-person agency. They need a real website, fast, by someone who picks up the phone. I built the company to deliver exactly that — and nothing else.

The pitch, in five sentences

I make one website at a time, custom-built, in 72 hours.

Most local businesses get sold the same thing — a templated site they can't really update, don't fully own, and that makes them look like every other shop in town.

FJMedia is the opposite. Custom code. Owner-operated. Free until you love it.

What I actually do all day

Three blocks. No meetings.

  • 07:00 – 11:00 · DESIGN

Sketch, draft, copy. No screens that aren't focused on the work. Coffee on the desk, phone in the drawer.

  • 12:00 – 16:00 · BUILD

Heads-down build. Custom HTML/CSS/JS — no drag-drop, no template. Every line reviewed and shipped under my name.

  • 16:00 – 18:00 · CALLS

Fit calls, revisions, post-launch hand-holding. One inbox: diazcjames@gmail.com. One person. Real responses.

— 01 / I WILL

Pick up the phone. Reply same-day. Write code I would be proud to ship under my own name (because I do).

— 02 / I WON'T

Sell you SEO retainers. Lock you into my hosting. Hand you a CMS you need a manual to run. Use a single template.

— 03 / I MIGHT

Turn down the project. If you need a 60-page e-commerce site or an enterprise CMS — that's not me. I'll send you to someone who fits.

Why "FJ"
Friendly initials. Sharp work.
That's the whole brand.
James, when his mom asked.
