Bookings for Inflatable Decorations lived and died in Instagram DMs — no way to tell a serious inquiry from a tire-kicker until she had already typed out a reply.

— 02 / THE BUILD

A pastel brand site with a scroll-marquee photo gallery and service cards running from arches to number stacks. The "tell us your vibe" inquiry form routes straight to her inbox, replacing open-ended DMs with a filter that does the qualifying for her.

— 03 / THE RESULT

The site went live already targeting Winnipeg searches, with LocalBusiness schema doing the indexing work behind it — the inquiry form filters now, not her DM inbox, which was the entire point.
