The order form prices each flavour live as she picks quantities and checks the date against Shai's Sunday-night cutoff. Every order writes straight to a Google Sheet with an email alert — before she has even opened Instagram.

Live since 2025 and still growing. Sugar & Shai became FJMedia's first retainer client, and the Wednesday cutoff finally enforces itself instead of living in Shai's head.
